Flame-retardant series of electric cable

Scope：
The product can be applied to the flame retarding control power cable made up from binds of several roots in PVC insulation in A/C rated voltage Uo/U at 0.6/1KV and below laid in the air. Application to the places of high flame-retarding, such as high building, oil field, coal mine, electric varying power station, and public places of avoiding burning and bursting.

Feature of product：
1. The product have the characters of “ the firing will not spread and the left flame will die out itself.”
2. High chemical stability (resistance to oil, acid and alkali resistant and corrnsion resistant).
3. Excellent flame-retardant performance, can pass into a bundle of burning test.
Has good electrical and insulation performance.
4. Has good heat aging performance and security.

Technical Parameters：

1.Conductor DC resistance comforms to the requirements of GB/T3956-2008.

2.The finished cable insulation performance as to meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and should be continuously work without broken for 5 minutes by the 3.5KV AC voltage test .

Conditions of Use：

1. The surroundings temperature of cable laid in the air should not be less than 0℃.

2. The bending radius: same as the common electric cables and wires.

3. Cable in normal use, the allowed temperature of long-term working for XLPE insulation cable conductor should not exceed 90℃. When there is any short circuit occurring(the longest lasting time not exceed 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable should not exceed 250℃; the allowed temperature of long-term working for PVC insulation cable conductor should not exceed 70℃. When there is any short circuit occurring(the longest lasting time not exceed 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable should not exceed 160℃.
