Zhouxiaoxin, Han nationality, Penglai, Shandong Province, power system expert, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, honorary president of the Chinese Academy of Electrical Sciences, executive director of the China Electrical Engineering Association, IEEE Flow, professorial senior engineer, doctoral supervisor.
On April 7, 1940, Zhouxiaoxin was born in Penglai County, Shandong Province; Graduated from Tsinghua University in 1965; 1979-1980 studied at the Institute of Water and Power Administration, Quebec, Canada. He has served as technician, engineer, deputy director and director of the Institute of Electric Power Research Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, chief engineer of the China Electric Power Research Institute, standing director of the China Electrical Engineering Association, and senior engineer of IEEE Fellow.
Zhouxiaoxin is engaged in the study of mathematical models and calculation methods for power system analysis.
